luckily for him, most strains viral hemmorragic fevers liek Ebola can only develope in certain environments. And he has no fever. And he isn't bleeding from every oriface in his body.

Ok so normal chest Xray thats good... so as stated, taht will rule out TB and pneumonia.

Unprotected sex on last weekend? Its possible, but many STDs take a while to symptomise, but still get a ull workup just in case.

Cut back on smoking and drinking for a while, at least till you're all better. All those added chemicals will just your bodys metbolism and immunse system and from the sound of it, your body needs all the help it can get.

Sore throat that you attribute to coughing.. does it hurt to swallow? Does it feel like razorblades in your throat?

At least your cough is productive. As nasty as coughing up all that poo is, you are clearing it out of your lungs, which is a good thing. Now the chest X-ray ruled out TB and pneumonia, but taht doesn't mean you don't have bronchitis which can ecome pneumonia if you don't take it teh easy lol.

No fever? Wow thats weird... yeah its not ebola hahaha! You'd probably be dead now from that unless you were in the percentage that does not die. I kid, ebola couldn't survive in canada.

Ok red puffy eyes but not too bad... you've had "pink eye" right? Thast what I'm getting at, is it liek "AHHH MY EYES ARE ON FIRE" or is it like "Son of a bitch this eye poo is annoying!!!" Otherwise I'm inclined to agree with Bucke's conclusion - a reaction to the infection... but no swollen lympth nodes? Very werid...

No muscle spasms, how about muscle aches or pains?

Its startign to sound like either the flu, or is bronchitis or a combination of the two. Its not Avian flu (bird flu), you would be dead by now. Take comfort in that alright :)

Alrigth take care man!

And bucke - nursing student eh? I'm getting my LPN when I get home than I'm off to the army's PA program, best of luck to you!

Wrong.

Definitely Ebola. Common symptoms.

LOL!!

We're both wrong its Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever. 2 days left to live.

No seriously tho, the virus is very weak and can only survive in specific environemnts, which is why ebola breaks out in Africa, and Bolivian and Argentenian hemmoragic fever breask out in south america.

Well, then:

I agree with your doctor.

It sounds like the flu to me. You have all the classic symptoms except for the lack of fever, although this isn't unheard of. The fact that it's been 10 days and progressively getting worse could be due to the fact that your body temperature hasn't risen and therefore your immune system is lagging. The flu is viral so you just need to wait it out....I'm sure you'll start feeling better within the next week.

Its just flu dip.

You dont recover from flu in a week. If you've said you have.. thats a common cold.

I love how you are asking the cor to diagnose you rather than trusting the opinion of a trained medical professional

That said, sounds like aids to me
