For all those who have a passion for cooking, or straight up love to eat amazing food at home.
To start this thread off.. a website for the lazy cookers....
http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf
This website also has a handy function: it allows you to type in three ingredients that you already have at home and it pops out a recipe.
Soooo good for last minute meals. |

the other night i made really good pan-fried salmon.
i finely chopped some garlic, and rubbed that on to both sides of the salmon filet. i then drizzled some olive oil over it, about a teaspoon on each side, added some lemon/pepper seasoning i got from costco and rubbed that in as well.
preheated a pan with vegetable oil in it, on medium high heat, put the fish in the pan and let it fry for about 4 minutes on each side (i like it crispy).
added a little more of the lemon/pepper seasoning and salt while cooking, but season it to taste.
i made french fries on the side.
total time incl. prep: ~15 minutes
happy cooking! |

Mama Dee told me about this years ago!
You can get a magazine sent to your house free of charge if you sign up. (Only in Canada though I think spitty)
Easy casserole dinner recipe:
Minute made rice
Two OR three chicken breast
1 cup of peas
1 cup of dice carrots
1/2 cup of celery
1 can of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
bread crumbs
1 or 2 cups of cheese
1. Cook chicken and dice it up.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the soup and add the amount of water the minute made rice calls for until its blended without chunks.
3. Mix the veggies, chicken, rice, soup mix all together and put in a casserole dish.
4. Add the creads crumbs to the top and cheese on top of that.
5. Cover with tin foil or a lid if you have one
6. When it's fully cooked, brown the top and crisp up the cheese by removing the tin foil
Bake at 350 for about half an hour or until cooked.
** I know you dislike veggies but you said HEALTHY! Now eat yo veggies!**
As well obviously this recipe can be modified to whatever veggies you want!
