i remember hearing bpm saying something yesterday to the effect of, I know we were supposed to air so and so, but we had numerous promoters & managers come to us asking that the performers set not be broadcasted, due to brand new material being played and rights to broadcast, probably meaning they were in a previous contract or agreement or something. I imagine the stations got a little excited with the lineups, and just automatically assumed they were broadcasting and announced it. i also can imagine since Beatport sponsered the pool party, they probably will just sell the sets in their "Mixes" section, which for me has said "Comming Soon" for over a year now.
