Ok, I remember asking about chavs a few months back, but this is another new kind of 'lifestyle' that seems to be increasing. What/who are these people, and why in hell are they that tanned (fake?) and deprived of mirrors?

there is like 5 of these threads a year and some of these pics are reposts.
