Each visit to your minicity adds one inhabitant (one visit/person/day). Later on you can increase industry and other stuff. But you can't actually do anything yourself, except watch it grow. |

| i have the sc4 cds somewhere, but I never got quite as much enjoyment as i did from 2000 & 3000. |
