Question on an application

I'm filling out a job application, and a question on it is "Have you ever illegally used marijuana?" and then on the next page it has space to explain any answers, such as checking the YES answer for that question or the "have you ever had disciplinary action taken against you by an employer?"
Now, what would be a good answer to put other then "I just wanted to try it" or something along those lines for the marijuana question? I've been thinking of a reasonable response and I can't think of any that don't sound stupid. I don't want to lie and say I've never tried it because I'd rather well....just not lie.
Unfortunately I think "Just wanted to see what it was like" is going to have to suffice. |

| it would probably be to your best nature to be honest. chances are your boss burns, does ecstacy and knows more about edm then 80% of people on this board. |

Further information.
This job WILL have me take a lie detector test before hiring me. If this question comes up I don't want to crumble. |
