I just found out something rather funny, that Wizards of the Sonic (which is one of my all time fav tracks, and easily my fav work by Darey) is actually based on the boss battle music from Sonic The Hedgehog 2, LOL!!

really good mix! matt darey is one my favorite trance producers, his tracks were some of my first favorites in edm when i started listening to it. the mix really peaked for me first with the greece 2000 remix, and then at the last 3 tracks, so overall a good progression!

I agree - for those interested the track can be found on a cd released free with the November 99 issue of Fast Car Magazine - in fact, most of the tracks are produced by Darey on this cd!

Its also on John 00 Flemings Licence to Thrill compilation. But it never got a release in any way as a single :(
