I don't have any money for the train :( I could drive there, but then I won't have any gas left to get me to work for the rest of the week. It's just bad news all around. Sad to be missing this, I think this is the first one of Core's parties I've missed all year! Have fun guys!! Hugs. |

| Went with my g.f after I had passover dinner with my fam (Maneshevitz hits the spot for sure and def danced off the matzah :p) Got there right as jules went on, he tore it up with like electro tribal/trance that was edgy and had the place going. The main reason for me was going to see Yahel, he def tore it up and it was good to hear psy-trance again in a club. Great party all around. |

great party last night. I caught very little of Judge Jules' set unfortunately, but both CL and Yahel were on serious tears all night. I was expecting a much more 'psy' set from Yahel, and he really didn't play much, if any at all. It was all good stuff though...he really loves guitar melodies. :p
partying upstairs in the balcony lounge was cool as well. Solid sets from everyone, I especially liked the Keryn - Dani tag team. ohhh, that kind of sounded dirty. :whip: ;)
got some great pics as well. Will post them up tomorrow. |

What a great, and educational night. Why educational you might say? Well, I learned that:
-Christopher Lawrence still absolutely rips it.
-You can have a great tme at Webster wearing sneakers and tees.
-Never, ever challenge Zack to a grappling match, especially after drinking a bunch of beer, a tumbler of vodka from a botle you 'found', and having a glowstick rammed into your eye.

Did Zack hit you with a glowstick or did you poke your own eye out? I have the most hilarious pic of Zack posing with a glowstick and you holding your eye lol!!
I had so much fun playing in the balcony lounge and really enjoyed Yahel, although to me it didn't really sound like psy-trance, it was much more airy with lots of vocals and middle-eastern moaning/chanting, and of course guitars! Judge Jules kinda played a little cheesy imo I wasn't really feeling it but the place was packed and going nuts for him. |

Great times at WH on Saturday!
I wasn’t planning on making it out to this one but my girl Rebecca was opening and I knew the CORE NYC crew would be there so I made the trip.
Rebecca ripped it up! Played some killer tracks and had the place moving. Dropping “This is That” as her last track the place and Christopher Lawrence going nuts. :)
Wasnt really liking the other djs. Not my style, but the crowd was up for it.
Great seeing the everyone from CORE. Seems as if either you or we are working on the nights we see each other out so it was nice to enjoy it without the run around. :D
WH is looking and sounding great as ever. The spot is really growing on me. |
