It got way to redundant going back and forth from the VIP to where some of my friends were. What I did do was get like 10 drinks at around 130 and i hid them. That way i had drinks all them way until 4am for free ;) |
Haha dont worry nero.. im bringing my flyer bag. I had 12 bottles of water in there before and these kids asked me if i was willing to sell them a bottle for $10 since they didnt want to wait in the longass line. Meh i felt bad and just gave it to them for vendor price since i bought them for vendor price. |

reminds me of MOnster Massive 2 to 3 years ago, when pvd closed. I didn't want to leave my spot and offered $10 to some guy for his water. transaction took place, but he gave me back my cash cuz he felt guilty. "No it's cool take it," i said. "No I insist, keep the water and cash," he responded (same dialogue repeated like four times).
EDC last year in the main area, I didn't mind waiting in line since you're still in the crowd; unlike events at sports arena where you have to leave the main areas for drank. bummed that there's no progressive, but looking forward to benny and moby. One thing i was impressed about last year was how smoothly the lines went. I waited no more than 25 minutes tops. I don't know exactly what time i arrived, but when I entered the main arena, oakenfold's set just started. |

Wow I haven't had the special K water in a long time, man I miss it. The last time I had some was in Detroit like 10 years ago.
Question/Thought.
Scenario. We have a group over over 15 people going. We are all in one area, a circle if you will. With Everyones shizz in the middle. What if you buy like 20 waters at once, this way you don't have to keep going in line.... Do you think this would work?
Scenerio #2 one of us fellow TA's knows how to get a hold of one of the people that are doing one of the carnival rides. We pay him some money, to bring some water in. We go up to said person and say "TA-WATER" or some special code... BAM water at a resonable price, with no line
ideas/ comments/suggestions??? |
