| I recently got a job up in San Francisco with Pricewaterhouse Coopers! So, I need to move up to San Fran, but I have no idea where to live, and was wondering if any of you all up there know of a good place to look. I would like to live downtown (e.g. close to the financial district, but am totally willing to look elsewhere)... I have already been browsing around craiglist, but haven't found anything that would work, because I am only going to be there from May-ish to August. Any ideas appreciated. .. |

lol werd to that! i know hella people are scared of it but theres nothing to fear at all. the crack heads are harmless and the dealers dont fvck with anybody but the crackies and dealers...hmm im makin this place sound a lot worse :stongue: but i do like livin in the TL. great restaurants, close to downtown, some of my most favorite bars, and nobody fvcks with me out here at all but most of all...rent is pretty cheap;) |

My friend lives in the Tenderloin, it wasn't THAT bad. Yeah a little dingy but her apartment was sweet and not that expensive at all.
Plus there was this delicious Thai restaurant right around there. |

| live wherever you can afford, the only universal pointer anyone can give you is to avoid the loin. all the other neighborhoods in the area are fine. |

i live on polk/ofarrell, it's not bad at all. crackheads are pretty harmless. hunters point and the mission have the most crime |

One block over near 16th & Valencia would be awesome, so many great bars and restaurants there |
