Lowering the speed limit to ridiculous levels and then nailing everyone has become a cottage industry for most municpalities these days. Im all for any way that people can fight back against this.
Of course if you are doing 160 on the highway its a different story. But ive seen country thoroughfares recently lowered to 60 and even 50 when there is hardly a building or cross street in sight. And surprise surprise, there's cops almost daily!
Purely speed trapping cash grabbing! |

no it doesnt. driving like an is TOTALLY different than driving fast. an driver is one that weaves through traffic, tailgates, erratic driving, etc. |

it all depends on your definition of an driver.....anyone who is driving faster then the flow of traffic is an driver in my opinion. |

so if everyone is going 120km/h with the left lane empty and some guy takes that lane going 140... hes an ? hes not doing anything to do like flashing high beams to get you to move out of the way. he is using an empty lane to his advantage. |

| Radar detectors do work, but Ontario has some of the best Radar detector detectors they will detect most if not all of the ones that claim they can't be detected and the detector will be taken away, and you'll be fined. Also Ontario is switching on to Laser guns now so a laser jammer would be better. |

... and my worst peeve... St-John's side road just east of Yonge.... perfect formula for yanking cash from your ass;
1. Lower speed limit to 50 to reduce cars running over ducks and crossing animals.
2. Build an overpass and double-widen the road to save animals and speed up traffic.
3. Keep it at the crawling 50 limit.
4. Pay off lawyer's office to not defend clients and allow to park in his f'ing hidden driveway for the radar trap.
5. Profit. |
