gonna post this here as Alan doesn't tend to post here anymore, it's the first in (hopefully) a long line in trevorsounds mixes, it's a new techno night in Sheffield that I play at, so expect a few recordings of the night to crop up on here in the near future (we've got Paul Mac in May, and we hope have that up afterwards, plus some some sets from the backroom of Technique in Leeds next month, and if everything goes to plan some of the M_nus DJ's that have agreed in principal by the end of the year)
Alan is also Resident of Urban Gorilla in Sheffield, one of the biggest club nights in the UK, Mixmag ran a rather big story a couple of years ago about their Undercover nights, in which they didn't advertise the DJ's playing at the night, and still managed to sell the nights out....

Thought I'd drag myself out of TA retirement and post lol. This is the first part of a series of 3 mixes exploring the Trevor sound.. this one being Warmup/Early in the night stuff.

I'll definately try, I know a few people have the set so I'll see if I can get them to upload it, my PC is stricken with the most vicious virus I've ever seen at the minute, tranceaddict is just about the only page it allows to load up, it's deleted all my ableton files, about $400 worth of beatport and digital tunes downloads I've bought in the past month...
My new PC hopefully arrives tomorrow, but I've lost nearly two years worth of tracks, plus god knows how many tracks I was waiting for a new computer to finish. At the very least I can say I've lost the album I was working on, plus god knows how many other things.
Just to clarify this isn't my mix, it's my mate Alans, it's mixed live, and he's a better DJ than me anyway, so you all should check this out...
purely because of the way he mixed my mix of Villalobos - Enfants, I've been trying to do it for ages, and he ING NAILED IT.

Wow, that really sucks. :wtf: But why do people always have to learn the hard way to make backups?
I'm DLing the mix now, tracklist is promising, specially because it has mothering Radar.  |
