Also, Brett Favre still sucks. :p
well I don't rip them. I talk about the truth using facts about them. You do as well but then you say "If healthy I'd say 55 and Finals" :eyes:
Lebron thing: no one and I mean no one allows an NBA player to be that good without talent and hard work. If Lebron is worse than alot of great players then what does these stats say
07-08 30pts,7.9 rebounds,7.2 assists this season!!!
Carrer: 27.3P,6.6R,6.6A
side note: Jordan carrer: 30.1p,6.2R,5.3A
If his team was in first place in the east he def be a shoe in for MVP. IMO without championships he won't ever be close to MJ.
-Damn Orlando tonight lol
-If NO wins this series they might be the new kids on the block! If not Zild will be happy as usually. :whip:
PS. Bret farve sucks!! If I only watched the NFL enough to argue that well but I can't. NFL ticket is on order right now cause of that comment :p

brett favre
i've made my contribution. :)
but hawks-celtics today. if the hawks do win, it would possibly be the biggest upset in the past 20 years. we are talking about a team below 500, winning a series against the best team in the conference. i see a very bright future ahead of atlanta. kudos to management putting this team together.

It has to be killing RJT not to reply. :p
The Hornets looked great last night - Chris Paul set the tempo and got his teammates (particularly West) going. I think it's about time that people stop doubting the Hornets. This kid is for real, and whatever the NBA says, he was the true MVP this season.

eh, looks like atlanta is done. down by 30 in the second half.
partyhopper
Celtics seemed to respond pretty well to their first game facing elimination

Trust me, Jeff - on this forum in particular there's absolutely no way I'm going to get into any kind of pissing match over whether or not Brett Favre (or anyone else, really) actually sucks. The Sports forum is remarkably like MD in how defensive/aggro people can get about their own opinions :p
(Also, I'm confident history will vindicate Favre, so I see no need for me to worry about it :o)
So, for those of you who've also been watching this Atlanta/Boston game, two questions:
1. Does it look like this is the first game this whole post season where Boston has played as well as they did during the regular season? The first 6 games in this series were painful to watch.
2. That Williams foul - how ing classless/unnecessary was that?
:wtf:

Looked like a WWE type move. Arm around the neck and drop to the floor. Kaboom!
Celtics are good but it hurts to wait until game 7.
