Android Cartel is a production team and DJ duo comprised of Reagan Denius and Chris Mohn based out of Los Angeles, California. They’re style combines the sounds of tech house, deep house, techno, minimal, and many other styles of house to create abstract inventive music that takes its listeners to other galaxies, allowing them to sit in on android invasions across the universe spreading the positive messages of life.
In just the few short months since their inception in October of 2007, their music is being played and supported by the likes of Chris Fortier, Anthony Pappa, and Hernan Cattaneo, and Chloe Harris.
Currently, Android Cartel has seen two releases on Chris Fortier’s label Fade Records, and will be seeing a remix of one of Fortier’s songs on Australian label EQ Recordings, which named them as part of their “who’s who” list of underground electronic dance music producers. Both Fade Records releases have charted in the top 10 of the Balance Record Pool for underground electronic dance music.
Also forthcoming from the Cartel is a release on Mario Zar’s new sub-label of Wolkenfunken, Barei Records. Also a remix of an old 1997 tune “Do U Feel It” by Soundsation, the original which saw support from the likes of Sasha & Digweed, Chris Fortier, Anthony Pappa, any many others. The original was named by Digweed as his favorite tune of 1997.
They most recently HEADLINED at Monday Night Social(MNS) last April 8, 2008, just a few days ago. And now, they've decided to turn INCOGNITO on Friday.
This young DJ and producer from Barcelona was born in 1987 with a clear objective: to make enjoyable music for the people with his music. Bonded with the radio world since a very young age... Joan started to become interested in dance music right away. He studied advance music production, music creation, show/art techniques from the top schools in the country...and started to give form from his ideas at the same time undertook the creation of his own place in production. In 2006, he published his first work and since then he has had more than half a dozen references in the underground market with the important likes of Blanco y Negro (Black and White), Vendetta records, AMM, Electric Spain, Khazuma recording and Diamond House.
So many collaborations with reclaimed solo artists like Sash!, The Noizboys, D.Ramirez, Three Dives & Groove Garcia and with his remixes have been done in the big scenes like those of Eddie Amador, Paco Maroto, Juanra Martinez, Groove Garcia & John Jacobsen.
His second single, "Party People" was produced together with his friend Aritz, have been selling all the hits of the label AFYVE for many weeks...endorsed by djs like Tune Brothers, Funkagenda, Exacta, Luis Lopez.
He has brought a lot of important events like Indra with motive from 2007 WMC, Pacha New York, 46 Grand, Discoteque, Opium, Sonik, Xelsa, D&D, Bulgary, Candil, Les Carpes Del Cel and othiss. Next, he will publish his first solo EP under Electric Spain at the same time he is preparing many collaborative and solo tracks and remixes. Moreover, he is immersed in other electronic projects under other pseudonyms.

ERPHUN
Saw Recordings / Viva Music
Erphun has been making a name for himself by playing regularly at some of the US’s top clubs from LA, Miami to Vegas, on top of being one of the most prolific producers of recent, with support from Gabriel & Gresden, Tiefschwarz, Marcus Schulz, etc.
Steve Lawler signed him up under his Viva Music label and Satoshi Tomeii's SAW Recordings.
And Erphun has been bringing out epic after epic release that can only come from a techno/house/electronica genius.
He last played March 10, 2008 at Monday Night Social where he CO-HEADLINED with Bunny (Rabbit in the Moon).

Here are some videos of Narcotourist. Enjoy! And don't forget to catch them this Friday @ KING KING - www.incognitola.com/rsvp - Exclusive Narcotourist merchandise is only available during the event.
Take a trip to the isle of Ibiza via Joan Reyes house set at King King tonight. You'll be groovin' till 4am with a lineup that includes Android Cartel and Erphun, plus VJ Carlos Cardona and J.R. Gutierrez, who bookends the soiree in fine fashion.
But the evening's highlight comes courtesy of Cari Golden and her dapper techie sidekicks Brandon Burnside and John Tague, collectively known as Narcotourist, whose eargasmic electro-pop thumps like some reincarnation of Portishead in their earlier, stranger days. [Info Source]
