Only way I'd make a profit is if one comes down it'll wipe out some eyesore of a suburb, kill the poor and then I can come in an redevelop it :D

I rent units to those type of people, they can't afford my houses.
Besides, they pay the rent and I don't really care what they do as long as its left as they found it... or absolutely annihilated so I can collect insurance. |
