I make my own tea at work sometimes (no milk, cause in my country it's not a tradition, and no sugar, since I only sweeten with honey and there's no honey there), and I don't drink coffee (at least not on a regular basis - very rarely actually), so I don't really contemplate these things. But lately, I've been heading out to Tim Horton's in the afternoons for their Hot Smoothie, but that's just cause it's a bit of a walkaway and I need that break just to clear my head from all the stuff I'm doing. It's really more for the walk rather than for a drink, cause I don't like drinking from a paper cup and spending money on top. I could make my own hot chocolate at work, but then I wouldln't have a reason to go out for a walk... :( Damn, even smokers have it better :mad: :mad:
Maybe I should just walk to Tim Horton's and then walk back...:haha: |

they are nothing but sugar sugar sugar in hot water
plus some good old fat in the condense powder (it's not even milk!)
get a herbal tea! Or like you said, walk for the sake of walking. I do that sometimes... you need to clear your head - just do it :) |
