Kick ass I started the review thread!!

Oh man what a good time, Sander's mad cool, so friendly. I really wasn't hyped up about him, but he was a monster tonight, totally ing awesome!
Jason was sick as as usual. When he came back on after Sander, holy crap, awesome.
I'm dead, sore, dirty, need to shower and sleep. More review later.

Track of the night for me was... Joey V - Chopperchunk - Mark Sherry's 2007 Outburst Mix during Jason's closing set \o/
Sander... idk... there were a lot of moments that made me go nuts and jump around, but overall I didn't like how his set was oganized. I think I was expecting a set like his first appearance at pacha back in feb '07. I guess I'll never hear Craft live :rolleyes: lol.
Ferry last week is still party of 2008! A&B coming up... need some Anjuna therapy!:eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop:

lol^^I am still laughing at alex for saying he didnt like sander, because the man was dancing around like a psycho all night ;) too much fun!!
Sander was freakin AWESOME! Good sign was that we had VIP bracelets and I didnt *WANT* go upstairs. you couldnt move my ass from the dancefloor until the very bitter end. I made the comment that next time I come I need to wear runners, yoga pants, and a sports bra, because sanders beats are just NOT made for booby shirts or anything else that can restrict full-force dancing!! :whip:

Robdawg was a hot mess drunk (just the way we like him), staniel was getting booty??, TurnItUP was "workin it out," molly was in molly-land, erica looked hot all dressed up, and heather was telling sander about *ferry* and kelly?? hahah! WTF RANDOM!! ;) <3 heather!!
I asked sander if his face hurt from smiling so much and he said that this evening has been one of the best times for him. ;) :) Very friendly guy who made sure to speak to everyone and their brother upstairs. His wardrobe is also improving ;) We also spoke about the disaster that was Webster Hall (last gig) and the SKETCHY HORRIBLE people that were there. ewwww. haha I think we all shared the same feeling.
Everyone was having the best time and I looved the crowd, the music, and everything about the night. perfect evening. ;) Once in a while I would close my eyes and pretend Preach was there haha! ;)

i watched the show online, not really my style.
sander played a couple good trancier tracks that perked my ears up but wasnt really feelin it. was excited when jason got back on but they cut the broadcast right in the middle of Perspective Space :P
glad everyone had fun.

i will agree with alex
to me his set was all over
he started out good then for the next hour and half it was up and down
some tracks were good then the next were slowed down or just sounded like that same sander van doorn baseline and drum loop over and over
after he dropped what the fuk he turned it up and did not look back
glad to see he found his way just sucked that it took him so long :whip:
shout outs to all the ta's in the house, the dance floor was a good size crowd i though it was gonna be a lil deader but people came out for sander, unfortunatly were we were standing just had the most idiotic people i ever saw
literally 5 couples just standing on the dancefloor slow danceing and makeing out i felt like i was in senior prom
and just idiotic gweedos who just dance with their elbows and hit you and dont even care got annoying
but over all it was a good time not his best set but better then webster hall
highlight of the night: me,burak and rob dawg were in the basement i see a sander poster i tell rob yo grab that and he does
we go upstairs and he's tryin to rip the excess tape off the back all of a sudden a bouncer comes with a flash light and shines it on rob and the bouncer was bustin balls saying "wtf are you doing with that, where did you get it" lol rob dawg goes "hey man iam just a fan all i want is his signature this guy is the bomb please dont ruin it for me"
i think me and burak were tryin sooo hard not the burst out laughing
the bouncer looks at rob and goes "aite just get the fuk outta here" lol rob you were in rare form last night ha ha ur the man :haha: |

| Sander delivered... I love his style. :) The highlights of the night for me were John O'Callaghan- Marshmellow and Timbaland - Apologize (feat. One Republic)(SvD Bootleg). Good seeing all the usual suspects. :) |

i had a loooooong week and had no intentions of going out last night but had my mind changed. loved sander's set and loved jason's closing set. like turn it up i worked it out on the dance floor hard...i'm ridiculously exhausted. anyhow, the atmosphere was a vast improvement from the debacle that was webster hall in december (craziness to a level i hope to never see again).
apologize, the girl you lost to cocaine and they always come back were good little highlights for me. he ended off with not exactly which i thought was nice. jason played some choooooooons in his closing sets like analog feel (rank 1 digital rehash rmx) and fly to colours (genix rmx) and i was loving him for it. he had a nice group of dj worshipers right in front of the booth until the end :). anyhow robdawg saying "nobody told me i liked sander" was pretty funny as he was dancing with a huge freaking grin on his face....loved randomly running into a girl i went to grad school with because i NEVER see anyone from the day-to-day week out.
good seeing the usuals.
*i learned something new too. not only are some guidos openly gay BUT they are accepted by their fist pumping no shirt wearing steroids brothers. surprised the crap out of me...they too were working it out for jason't set |
