A decade ago I worked for Regal Greetings and Gifts. I never bought anything, but here are some 'handy' products they offer in their catalogue.
-spoon rest
-cat tent
-mole pole
-earring stabilizers
-singing toilet paper roll
-soda can crusher
click their website if you don't believe me
They have a monopoly of the pointless purchases market |

i bought my Samsung laser for 70 bucks, the starter cartridge yields 3000 pages, the full cartridge from costco is 70 bucks and yields about 4000 pages, far from a rip off (IMO). |
i had a samsung ml-1430 2-3 years ago, was a great buy too at 150 bucks, used it for 2 cartridges |

If you aren't talking about the ML-2510 then you got one goddamn insane deal for $70, considering the Samsungs that take a 4000 page yield toner cost far more than $70. |

I dated this rich girl from Westmount for a couple of years. When I handed her a can opener at my house, she struggled with it quietly. When I asked why isn't it working, she said embarassingly she never used one before.
I've been using an under-the-cupboard electric can opener myself for a number of years now, and don't see any reason for me to go back to a crank one. Electric are so much easier and faster (and no blisters from opening tough cans). |

| I was gonna say Micky Mitts, but I actually used them for a Halloween costume. |

-raincoats
-foot spa (used twice)
-portable light toys (always let the good dancers at the club use them instead since I couldnt be arsed, but at least I enjoyed other people using them)
-a vaporizer (piece of crap, either wasnt air tight or or just didnt have the right conductivity elements)
-hairdryer (too lazy to dry my own hair, never been used)
but the amount of money I've spent on stupid is endless. Just ask anyone who's been around to help me move. :p |

I love back scratchers. You can always find the right spot to itch. It is sooo much easier than telling your girl " left, left now down, more, more, now right.....thats the spot!" |

By far the most useless thing I've bought is Audio Technica handless headset microphone + receiver set. 600 bucks right out the window. I've used it like once in last year. (if anyone wants it, I'll sell it for 300 or best price)
Next on the list is set of yamaha speakers which I can't be bothered to figure out the correct cables for and sits unconnected to my amp.
Next is way too many tunes bought from beatport that I thought sounded cool, but is really junk. (JButts will know what I'm talking about) ;) |
