most warships have torpedo countermeasures. some are very effective, including ours, against passive homing torps...but then you got active homing torps.
i don't know much about that ship, however, by the looks of her she screams doppler. an active homing torp lives for doppler. the faster the louder, the dead-er
i don't see any sonar arrays on the hull so unless she's able to drag one behind her she's deaf. if she's deaf, she's dead. plain and simple.

Is that destroyer built to avoid radar detection? The design looks like it has a radar evasion system of some sorts ... nice looking ship. |
