Just listened to it... this is really good. Plenty of nice music and the best is that a big part of it sounds very fresh to my ears (specially that sequence from about 35:00 to 55:00). Track at 11:00-13:00 was another highlight. I don't think there was a track I disliked in the whole set.
My only "complaint" is that at certain points there are certain drops in energy that don't feel like they should be there. Most noticeable is when Lamakova comes in - didn't work at all, IMO. I always loved that tune, but it's too "lazy" for that part of the set. You did fine to recover the mood back immediately with the next track, though. The end of the set is another place where the energy starts fading away, but I guess that was kinda the point.
Apart from this, . I can see myself listening to this a lot. |

originally i was going to go right from the brenden moeller into lamakova but then i really wanted to put detroit jazzin in. definitely does kill the mood a bit and that was more or less what i wanted to do before i brought in st. germain. lamakova builds beautifully on its own |
