i have a long lasting conflict with some artists (one of them already since 03).
i own a community that is basically similar to TA except for the fact that it's aimed at hardstyle rather than trance.
my moderating policies are similar to those on TA which mean that anybody can say anything about artists, tracks, labels and events. freedom of speech ftw. :)
conclusively this means that people are able to say that artist X sucks or track Y sucks or party Z was a bad party.
unfortunately there are a few artists in the hardstyle scene that can't stand such criticism and deem to find it necessary to not only request me to censor the forums but also harass me and threaten me because i'm the admin and do not listen to their demands.
i've been removed from parties guestlists because of such incidents.
i can mention a certain artist called Technoboy wanting to beat me up or a Headhunterz stating that i better bring some friends to scrape me off the floor on the next party because i'll be lying there crippled in a puddle of blood.
the level of intelligence and communication with such artists is shocking.
apparently the internet is very serious business to them. |
