Honestly, do you think their "marriage" is for anything other than show?
She stayed with him for one reason and one reason only...POWER. He was her only chance to be elected to the Senate and the White House. Without being married to a former president, she is a nobody with no accomplishments. She is just a power hungry slut who was willing to put up with a cheating husband if it meant she had a chance at power..
Now that that chance is gone, I wouldn't be surprised to see her file for divorce...unless of course she plans to run again in 2012 ;) |

How do you know? You can't possibly know what goes on inside the Clinton household...:o |

graduate of yale law school (the most selective school in the world) - former corporate partner of a law firm - former director of major corporation - hmmmm, yeah, no accomplishments.
without Bill Clinton hillary still accomplished more than most people. what exactly sets obama apart from hillary as far as life accomplishments? |

Come on guys... I don't pretend to be an ultra insightful psychologist, but I think I can judge people fairly well after watching them for a few minutes. Can't you guys just SEE it in her eyes?? Look at this woman. Can't you see how contrived she is...how utterly FAKE her behavior is? Her fake smile, her obviously contrived soft voice she uses at press conferences? This woman is bent on acquiring power no matter the cost. It's ridiculously obvious. She has 50+ advisors telling her how to speak...how to smile constantly in front of the camera...how to alter her vocal inflections to sound more "genuine", etc.
All I see is a 100% fake, power hungry whore...willing to do anything and put up with anything if it gives her more prestige. Unlike Obama, there is nothing genuine about her.
Just look at those eyes...DAMN! Can't you see it? |

of course i think clinton is fake - all politicians are fake to an extent (except perhaps mike bloomberg). the fact that you think obama is truly genuine ruins your credibility.
EDIT: also, if you think obama is not power hungry you are crazy. who the hell wants all the burden that come with being president? there are certainly many jobs that pay more money and are far less demanding. the people who want to become president do it for the power. only kids dream about being president to help people. if you really believe that he is not doing it for power you are extremely naive. |

Of course all politicians are power-hungry to an extent...but I get the impression that Hillary's ENTIRE life has been dedicated to acquiring political power. It is literally all she has done since graduating college. Every step she has taken is to improve her credentials for running for office..whereas Obama actually took some time off and worked in the real world for a few years before getting into politics.
People who make it their life's ambition to run for political office scare the living sh!t out of me.
Obama is a noob. He might be a lefty, but at least he is more of an outsider than the Clintons. He has a small chance of not being utterly corrupted by the power of the office. He might actually follow his conscience instead of selling his soul to the DNC lobbyi$ts.
We can hope. |

really. obama took the most traveled route into politics: Law school (havard i might add - more prominent politicians than most schools) -> big law firm -> state government -> federal government. you don't get anymore cookie-cutter than that. |

Let the whoring begin. I'm sure she'll present this in a way that he'll look bad if he doesn't pick her. i.e. She has all this experience and the public really wanted them both equally so it would really be bowing to the collective good, etc.
ing socialist pinko whore. Please Barack...don't cave in to this nonsense. You don't need her. Take the chance to move to the center and don't risk blowing it to McCain. |
Yay, I agree with Shakka for once. Mark the calendar.
I can't stand this woman. Does anyone know where she's speaking tonight? I want to go harass her fans. |

Theres no way Clinton can be that close to power in VP seat without wanting to use it. She'll over step her bounds and exacerbate the work Cheney has done to increase the role of that position. It'll be a constant headache for Obama and he knows it. Her title will say VICE but she'll think shes the President. Her entire term will consist of undermining Obama and setting herself up for the Presidency. FFS the race is almost over, she hasn't shown anything to indicate she'll submit to somebody else's shadow. It won't work she can't do it. |
I agree with you completely. As Dennis Gartman would say, I am short of Hillary Clinton, manifestly so. She has nowhere to go but down. And down she will go...down like a freshman on prom night.
The real question is...will she cry tonight? Set your DVR. |

So you don't believe they'd have separate accounts to ward away possible political scandal or that Bill wouldn't write said contributions off to a political party (be it his wife's or not)?
Bill is a business man now... |
