Think of the Miami Vice clothes,.....Since I was "grandfathered" with my age of 17-18 (before they went to 21) I was allowed in the clubs. The early days of "yippers" where insane.
The Bank (now transit) in philly was also nuts in the late 80's. Was a true underground club where anything went inside. |

ahhhh kelly with platnum blond hair i remember :)
back in like 96 threw 99 i would only hit up like teen jams
they had them in brooklyn and a few in the city
they were good times suprisingly, lotssssss of girls lol
in 99 i went to factory for the first time and i agree when you first walk into a night like that its something different
so between 99 and 2001 i would hit up factory and exit mostly but i would buy and dl some trance cds cause i dunno i liked they way it sounded but nyc never really had too much trance
in dec 2001 i went to see tiesto for the first time and it was deff a crazy night such amazing prog trance he was throwing down i remember turnin to my friend and said "this is unreal" i didnt stay till the end tho my friends girl got sick and we had to leave i was yelling at her the whole ride home lol
but yea i would say after 2001 i became more musically open and started to venture away from the nyc house scene and started to see more different types of edm trance, prog, techno |

This was my downfall that lasts still.....
London Victory Club Tampa, FL. Some of the best "Live" concerts in Tampa history. The Dance nights featured a UFO that floated out over the Dance floor with dancing girls swinging upside down over the crowd's heads. Unforgettable nights |

Hahahahahha. I rocked the Miami Vice look for a while.
When I first started clubbing in '82 if you weren't wearing a shirt and tie you wouldn't get in. The music was mainly Northern Soul and Motown which I still love to this day. The reason you went to a club was to drink, fight and get laid. I was a hardcore punk fan as well and always sported a mohawk in a variety of colours..
Like Uncle Ed was saying all my pics are on paper also and in England. I'll see if My Dad can dig 'em out.
When acid house took England by storm in the mid eighties I can remember being in a club and thinking "what the is this ?"..I went up to the Dj and asked him to play something by "The Clash"..Anyhow a few days later I ditched the mohawk, fell in love with Exstacy and invented Rave... |

No never, I'd have been killed as soon as someone heard my accent..I was a Ministry of Sound person whilst all that Madchester stuff was going on..
It's a coincidence you should bring up The Hacienda though, because we're working with them to do a tour in the USA.. |
