Is it me, or have his sets become increasingly, for lack of a better term, "lame." When i compare this set to others like four to five years ago, for examply his Live in Concert DVD, its discturbing how even keeled his sets sound now. The tiesto i enjoy more is when he has the extremely intense build ups following by hardcore, bass lines that are followed by more intense remixes and highs.

I am the same way. The fact is that we have evolved since we first started listening to Tiesto. We are tired of simply jumping up and down or pumping our fists (or a combination of the two). I enjoy attending house DJ nights way more than trance. Trance brings out more guys, more washing machines etc.
