I dig The Journey, I like that Paid In Full sample he used.

Yes i think the break with the James Brown sample makes it,It doesn't really go anywhere but i'm def down with it.

It's one giant DJ tool, that's for sure, but I too have made up my mind on it and decided I am down.

It's big, it's easy and fun to mix, and it's versatile as (i.e. I will be playing it alongside filthy techno and can very, very easily imagine anyone from Armin to Dave Dresden canning it between the cheesiest-fairy-pixi-corn-trance imaginable).

Mashes up well, is mastered incredibly (i.e. removing frequency ranges via EQ is no problem at all), and is in general just a record I think will be a solid party tune for me to keep around a bit. Certainly nothing I'm going to rush to put in a set or promo, but also something I can see myself leaving in my case for weeks/months without playing and then finding just the right night to rock it and being glad I've got it.
sot
both tracks suck imho

stockholm marathon needs more elements..a quarter note stab drowned in reverb doesen't get me going

and the journey..jeez..how do you guys stand that annoying ass vocal looping 'this is a journey' over and over again without cringing. if i heard that live i'd get the hell out of the club till its mixed out

Tbh, I wish he would've released a dub for the Journey as well.

Palladium
the journey has quite grown on me

i would give it my seal of approval if it wasn't for that continuous annoying vocal loop

wtf @ beatport positions. I think this is one of Eric's worst releases in years, but still that high :wtf: :p
