So I'm heading to Knotts Berry Farm with my 8th graders to ride rides all day. Nope, doesn't suck at all :D
And, tomorrow we get off at 10 am and then i'm off for 2 months! yes i know, i suck but it's good to be a teacher! Happy day guys!
Right now we're listening to a mix one of my friends made me and talking until the buses come, lol my kids are a trip.
just thought i'd rub it in, lol! j/k

They get to ride ALL the rides? Anytime I went to Knott's with school we could only do the educational crap :(

BTW... in 8th grade, our first & only field trip was to the CA Science Center over at Exposition Park. |

The 8th graders are graduating so they get to go somewhere. My son is graduating from 6th and his class(note I say his class not him) gets to go to Magic Mtn. My son doesnt like roller coasters so he doesnt want to go. |

So you teach 8th graders?
I heard they were the worse, other then seniors anyways...
I got a serious question, maybe you can help me out.
My cousins have always been baby makers, well one of them has a 7th grade son thats pretty sharp. Thing is he is trying to be "gangster" like his pops and is already ing off in school and doing stupid .
Now is there anything i can do?
He REALLY looks up to me and does take into hand my advice, but what can i actually do to steer him in the right direction. I don't want to see him go into HS and then end up at a continuation school and then not even graduate like MOST of my family. :( |
