I just wondered out of interest, how many people on the forum are fans of classical music. Personally, there's a lot of classical music that I really like, but also a lot that leaves me stone cold. I can see myself getting more and more into it as I get older. I'm 31 at the moment and I've been listening to trance for the last 14/15 years. Prior to that, I'd mainly listened to Rock/pop which doesn't really excite me as much at it used to do.
I feel drawn to classical music because there's just such a vast wealth of music. It's just a case of trying to find out whatc stuff I like. If any of you want to share your opinions on the subject, I'd be glad to hear. Especially, how you got into it.

I like some of the stuff from the romantic period, and I've just recently found out that minimalism rocks (unlike minimal techno :p).

Yes I think most people who listen to electronic also like classical or some of it at least. I do as well, and there is such a variety of music, everyone is bound to find some classical pieces that really move them.
