I had KFC at 5am today. :gsmile:

lol, i did the same thing. now i've noticed that its slowing down...sucks.

when i first read the title, i was a little confused...i thought the options were "live to eat" as in being a sloth; glutton; or 2) "eat to live" as in like a cannablistic environment, would you eat someon to stay alive. :nervous:

thank God that's not what we're talking about.

i've recently decided that food should be simply for fuel/substanance...and that eating just for the sake of eating/pleasure shouldn't really be done...or at least, not all the time. sure a snack is all right now and then...but not everyday.

Eating food for pleasure ALL the time?

No.

Eating food for fuel ALL the time?

No.

Is it that hard to balance it?

No.

I feel sorry for people that can't go and enjoy a good meal, because it's "oooooo, too many calories" or something similar. I can't imagine going through my life with that mindset.

No worse than the mindset that good food can't be healthy food. Unless of course you have the taste of an 8 year old and your idea of good food is a big mac.
