| astria deserved a tie for their efforts. no amazingly close chances but they held their own and they attacked efficiently. im impressed by their playing, i think they have the potential to be a really good team. |

Yep not bad for a team ranked around the 100 mark. Honestly though, organised team but the Germans could have gone for a beer, came back and the Austrians still wouldn't have put the ball in their net.
Here's me thinking Scotland couldn't score for peanuts :D |

we played awesome to start with many many chances... shoulda been over way sooner than the 49th minute, but thank god ballack was able to save us.
and please for the love of god... put gomez on the bench already! leave friedrich in for jansen too.
put gomez on the bench, bring up podolski, and stick schweinsteiger in the midfield. like that we should be okay...

game wasn't very good!
our team fought but they really should work on their passing skills - some efforts here made me scream and i'm usually not a soccer fan!
deserved win for the germans, i hope they'll kick out portugal :) |
