“Unity is defined as the state of being undivided or unbroken completeness or totality with nothing wanting. It is the smallest whole numeral representation. It has the quality of being united into one. Unity can denote a combining of all the parts, elements and individuals into an effective whole. It is applicable to people and objects forming whole notions of any concept. It implies oneness when there is a certain usual division.” -- Mr. Web
Concluding a week practically shimmering with excitement, good vibes, and almost perfect weather, we could scarcely help ourselves but to fill your inboxes with yet another salvo. Promise to keep it short and to the proverbial point.
What better way to commemorate a special week that was for the bay area then by letting loose at Swerve with all of you, our extended clan. Nope Desyn still has the magic for sure I have seen him live recently a few times and he throws down so no doubt will I be there.
I won't lie though the line up for Space is recycled ass cheeks. I hope someone like Mansions brings some trance acts cause Space has not brought one and PVD was supposed to come in June and still no dates have been announced for him. Space you ing suck END STORY! Please I hope another promoting group will start bringing better names. |

I do not love or hate the Space lineup & will attend some parties. Yet whoever decides to try variety & mix things up a bit with some trance will profit greatly & help keep EDM alive here. The crowds at both Space & Mansion have been down greatly. If not for the 24-hr liquor license and terrace afterhours Space would be dead already. Mansion has been emptying out by 3 to 3:30 every Saturday. Even my househead friends have been commenting how stale & predictable the bookings and parties are right now & how they wish some trance acts would come through occasionally for a change. But PVD after that WMC mess he spun @ Space, let him drop that pop music crap elsewhere. He is no longer consistent and sounding more & more like Tiesto's watered down commercial Miami sets. Clubs should save their money & book acts like SVD, Schulz, Corsten, Tyas, Patterson, Stoneface & Terminal, Cosmic Gate, JOC, Kyau & Albert, Super 8 & Tab, Martin Roth, and/or John Askew instead. Much cheaper bookings & better sets being dropped by these acts. |

I totally agree with you here bro. I still have faith in PVD though cause he is coming Nov/Dec and I will give him another chance. I am still wondering why Space stopped booking SVD, I am assuming cause he didn't pull much....? |

IDK, but last 2 times he played @ Space it was to a packed house, especially WMC 2008. Cannot believe it's been that long |
