2008.08.03. Cruise Control II (Boat Cruise) w/ SOS (Desyn Masiello, Demi, Omid 16B)

On Sunday August 5th, 2007 we launched the first annual Cruise Control which was meant to be an on going yearly event produced by LIV Events with music provided by none other than DEMI.
The adventure of getting Demi to Toronto last year involved a drive to Detroit to meet him for a Saturday gig, only to depart straight from the venue to drive back to Toronto. Why you ask? There were no flights that would get him from Detroit to Toronto in time for this cruise.
For those of you who know Detroit you know that clubs normally close at 2 AM. Well, not this night. A special extended license had them going until 4 AM. For those that know traveling from Detroit across the border...yes we also got pulled over and interrogated.
After all of the hurdles, we arrived at PIER 6 with minimal sleep as Demi refused to take the hour sleep that I did in order to further prepare for what was coming next...
For those that were there I need not explain. For those that missed it you need not ponder the thought anymore...CRUISE CONTROL II is almost upon us. Only this year, it appears that we have some triple threat action as Demi will bring along his best mates Desyn Masiello and Omid 16B (the three known as SOS) as they tour the globe together celebrating the release of Balance 13.

haha, I was just comparing Digi's afro to Demi's the other day.
Demi actually reminds me of the street food vendors back home who shave off shawarma meat from the pit. lol
or I should say souvlaki maybe since his background is Greek. |

just coming back from a staff party boat cruise.
ing boring! as if I don't have to deal with enough small talk during the day :whip:
but the free food and alcohol made up for it :p
p.s. the Northern Spirit boat is BIG!
