Can you find a doctor cheaper than a vet, then?
Tell the doctor your Malaysian sister has just had babies and that she's been trying to tell you something, but she doesn't speak English/Spanish/Russian. Tell him that she won't sleep won't eat won't do anything, and that she just keeps meowing all day long and chasing you and your mother, and that you thought she was hungry but its not that.. last thing she did was to grab a baby and bring it next to your room.
You thought she wanted a cosier place for her babies to be in, so you made her a home with cardboard.. didn't work, she kept whining.
You thought she just wanted to place her babies in your closet, but you opened the door and she didn't do anything.
Then, tell him your mother thinks she's trying to find her 2 dead babies.. who you buried in the backyard... so yeah those can't come back.
Finally, tell him that she won't even breastfeed her children!!! And, just like right now she's next to me whining and once you get up she kinda lures you to her babies, you stay there and she lays next to them.
It's worth trying :)

| Just suck the milk out of your cats titties and then using the first aid method put in the kittens mouth.This will give them the mothers milk with all its benefits.They will be up and running in no time.:o |
