Dont ever recall the hells doing that but I might not have been around. I remember a shooting and a underage kid loosing his life because he was at the wrong place wrong time. The point of it was that the gov indirectly kills and ruins peoples lifes everyday. Two times I had terrible happen to me from crazy s and the police treat me just like the bad guy. Nobody cares about justice anymore.

it's called impaired judgement in state of shock
the guy was in shock! yetait bloquer colisse le gars yavai aucune crisse didee quoi faire la c'est plu grand theft auto c'est le real deal
it's called an accident and he will be trialed for hit and run. the guy has no criminal record, he's a very nice guy not to mention a virgin to stories like this.
let's see you hit a guy in a scooter, stop on the main where there's 100000 people that are going to recognize you AND the guy in the scooter, pick him up damp in blood head cracked open!! toss him in your jeep!! drive him to the hospital all while keeping your sanity and thoughts straight!!
it's a lot more then courage that you need. it's not like if he wanted to run away, the cops came and he turned himself in.

Guys calm down, let's not turn this tribute thread into a fest.

RIP François.

Well you have to concider the fact that maybe he was still alive after he was hit and maybe that if he was not dragged a kilometer he would still be alive?

this is exactly what anyone should do. if u can't do this, you're not human.

RIP, buddy.

his scooter was dragged a kilometer not himself
and he's def getting trialed for the fact Francois (RIP) could have lived had it not been a hit and run
what's ed up is that the driver was already behind bars when he was waiting to know whether Francois was dead or not .. . that's torment

He was drinking and driving and he hit and run I think he deserved to wait behind bars.

fullhouse, everything that you just said is insane. i am done with this topic, but you are exactly the type of person i am talking about, you care more about the perp's feelings than the victims. you are a shameful creature.

The canoe article linked above said "L'alcool ne serait pas en cause."

btw, there was no alcohol involved, thats what I heard on the news.

Its an idiot hitting a scooter and trying to run. He's in jail, let him rot for a little while. I don't think his kind is welcome in jails.

wtf :(

imo the guy had drinked...since the cops found him after the fact, it was too late to test him as he could have drank between the time he hit the scooter and the time he was found...That's why the cops didn't ''judge'' it was necessary to test him...at that point it would have been useless evidence for the case....

The real question is: If you drink and drive and kill someone...will you get more time in jail if you stay on the scene, get arrested and fail the alcohol test....or are you better off running away from the scene, and never pass the alcohol test ? I really wonder...
