Giant Village is really not much better than one of these massives. Just slightly more adult. In any case as I said, age has less to do with it.

perhaps were are a bit lost here, but that was my point exactly. Age does not have much to do with it.
Would you argue its the music presented at these parties? Must we draw comparisons to other parties more to your liking, say Circo Loco at DC10 or DEMF?
I dont think you will find a lower rate of drug use at any of those events, regardless of the musical knowledge/taste of its patrons. |

I agree. What difference does it make as to why anyone goes? If they're friendly, respectful and can handle their , I don't care how knowledgeable they are about the music.
Now it's true that the youngsters are probably more likely to have issues with respect and being able to handle their party favors, but that's part of growing up. And I think it's better to be a good example to them than to sneer at their foolishness. I was there myself once (well, not raving exactly, there were no raves when I was that young). |
