What was it like for you? I was such a sensitive, angsty bitch as a teenager, haha. Now I'm on the other end of the spectrum: unfeeling and cold. =|
I remember how I would think that I was smarter than everybody and all my ideas were original and amazing. When I was 14, I thought I would immediately become an adult at 18 and everything would change drastically. Wow, was I wrong.
When I was a teen, I'd always think "Yeah, right" when adults would tell me "When you're older, you'll realize I'm right." I never believed them. Well, ... they were right. :wtf:
We all do retarded and refuse to listen to adults in our teenage years, then we tell the younger generation not do retarded and to listen to us in our older years. Rinse, lather, repeat for infinity. |
