Commentary: Was burglary worth killing 2 men?

so this story made big news in the US because some guy shot and killed 2 suspected burglars after they allegedly robbed his neighbour's house and was found not guilty for his actions by a grand jury.
LOL check out the gun debate that follows the 911 call on the following link it's pretty funny..

im shocked he shot 2 guys breaking into a neighboours house, i would of just called the cops...
but if these 2 nigs broke into his house, i stand behind this guy 100% shooting and killing them.
lets face it, someone breaks into ur house, what are u gonna do, stay in ur bedroom and do nothing? u gotta try and scare them off and these 2 are probally stupid enough to try and kill u to keep u quiet so they can loot ur house, u gotta shot them, they arent gonna be scared off. |

I agree that you should do something to scare them off, but you can (try to) shoot people in a way to try to stop them from what they're doing (e.g. shoot them in the legs first) instead of shooting them in the heart, head...or something that is bound to kill them right away. |

well i agree with u on that point, u dont need to kill them. what if they got a gun? if u shoot them first, their gonna fire back. |
