that i don't ever really stop and smell the roses and this bothers me.
i am really going to make it a point to enjoy the "now" more. i never do.
i feel like every moment i'm in, i'm thinking of another moment or the future. is that weird? i'm too nostalgic or something...and neurotic. lol |

| It's a necessity to have dreams and goals, but you always have to appreciate what you have done and what you are doing. At least that's the way I've lived for a while now, and would not choose any different. :) |

LoL. I think most people are that way, but at least you can acknowledge this about yourself, and the desire to change it.
It's amazing how much time slows down when you live in the now...makes you realize how ridiculousy simple everything is, and things just fall into place. It's nice. :) |

| i'm always planning . even if it's a trip to the beach next weekend...or what i'm going to cook tomorrow night, or what songs i want to put on my next cd. everything is about the future with me, even if it's in the next hour. i wish my mind would just be like 'derrrr' for once...i mean without drugs or alchol:p |

i'm so ing nostalgic it annoys the outta me. i mean like certain perfumes remind me of time frames of my past, songs, movies, etc...
i think i'm just feeling like this because my weekend was depressing. i drove up to see my dad in tampa cuz he flew into orlando for a job interview...i saw his brother and mother. just being at my grandma's house where NOTHING has changed was weird. i used to play so much in her "woods" ...well they seemed like a forrest to me when i was little, but it's just a little patch of trees now that i look at it as an adult lol. everything seemed so big when i was little (imagine that).
my grandma is so OLD now, she's all shakey and looks like she is ready to drop dead any minute and the bitch still drives lol. and then my uncle is battling cancer and lost about 80lbs and all his hair since i last saw him. then to top off that terrific day, my dad took me to the veterans memorial ground where his dad and stepdad were burried and visited their gravestones. :wtf: and it was all rainy and gloomy the whole time too.
, i need an 8ball and a strip club this weekend. |
