there's a really cool recipe my mom got from one of her japanese students when we were living over there. it's spaghetti noodles, chopped red onion, deli ham (like sandwich meat) cut up or torn in pieces, and steamed brocolli, but not too steamed...still a tad crunchy. toss it all together with mayo & soy sauce and eat it cold.
it's the BOMB.

i do like mayonaise spread to a certain extent, but not much. 1 teaspoon for me is enough.
However, i do like this type of Mayonaise.

yes! i went out to dinner recently and ordered prime rib and even though in the past i never ate it with the horseradish sauce, when she asked me if i wanted some, i was like, "...yea." something came over me. horseradish sauce fairies were dancing around my head or something. it was good.
