See... what happened was, with their deaths (though I think moreso with Pac than with Biggie), hip hop *on the radio* as we know it died. There are still plenty of amazing MCs out there, but they just don't get the play they deserve.
In anycase, I'm with Scoops. 2pac was a genius and I will NEVER be able to call Biggie better. In music, quality *AND* quantity > just quality. 2pac has, probably 10x the amount of material that Big does. And it's all pretty damn good.
Also, thought I would add this because:
A) he's one of the MCs I was talking about that is dope, but doesn't get play.
B) this song is a dedication to the 4 dead MCs (that count in the grand scheme of things)
His Big Pun and Big L impressions are ridiculous. Not really a fan of his Biggie though...
