has anyone seen the Dark Knight at an IMAX theater? is it really worth it? i mean i know it'll be good but there is ONE IMAX theater in manhattan and all showtimes that i can make in the next week are soldout. who would have thought a 9:30am on sunday :( would be hard to get :whip:!!!

I was really impressed with blue-ray and batman begins.

i watched 'Dark Knight' at the IMAX, and i felt it was a good experience. even though they price it 5 dollars more than the regular price, it's worth it. :)

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I do know that some scenes were shot with IMAX cameras. In that regard, it's different than a lot of other movies that have appeared in IMAX theaters, like Harry Potter, for example.

may be i missed something when i learned about the making of the "Dark Knight" but I knew as of yet that it was completely shot on the IMAX cameras. (in other words: the whole movie is IMAX format)

I read that the IMAX shows of Batman are all sold out for a long time, and people were paying $60 a tickets on E-Bay.
