But violence isn't rampant.
My parents often go to the parade... a white couple from the burbs that's now in the 60s. I assure you if violence was rampant, my parents would not be there. |

You say you want the city to hold something similar to LoveFest (yay, let's copy an idea from somewhere else...woo hoo!) because our city is cool with hosting a violence prone event...well I don't know how the city would feel with promoting an event that would be profitable to drug trafficking because we all know EDM people are drug abusers... |

I watched the video again.. I see ONE guy trying to get people to fight him(brown guy), I see several people trying to break it up, I see a couple of people taking video (your friend included)
I see no one egging anyone on... except the one brown guy who's seems to be provoking people to fight him. |
