Obama: A European Friend
View this Thread in Original format

You know... One of our great presidents that I admired was Ronald Reagan. I mean this mans could talk the walk. He met leaders and told them straight up what was the moral thing to do and at the same time maintain firm his stance. That is why many nations disliked the man, Reagan wasn't concerned about to be liked wherever he went.

Lets Analyze the speech that Obama and Reagan made when they went to Berlin. Judge for yourself!

I mean Obama gives a speech on what Europeans want to hear (a pretty speech) In the other hand, Reagan on principles, moral and the right thing for the world.

You'll attack Obama because he's charismatic, and you'll attack him if he wasn't. Good job.
Clovis
Reagan's policies wreaked havoc on this country.

Yeah you are right... charisma is the right attitude to solve all of our problems and not character.

Again, you're just going to have to live with a president you think is the anti-christ. It's ok, you'll live, the rest of us survived the past 7 1/2 years...

Clovis,

No offense dude but your disturbed mind wont let you pass the fact that inexperience & bad judgment are the best characteristics about Obama. Look Obama is all about the "Yes-No" slogan. Yes for cheaper oil, No for offshore drilling. And I can go on all day with his flip flops.

I mean Clovis look at it this way. Come Nov. Americans are going to loan 4 years of the most difficult job in this world. Put it this way, lets say you were to hire someone to run your business or corporation. You have two candidates, 1. Obama- with no resume what so ever, you only know that he is a community organizer and a well orator. 2. Mccain- someone that has many years of experience in the industry you compete, someone who has a track record & someone that you have a sense of what type of results he can bring.

So would you chose the inexperience guy and community organizer or the one that has a track record and a well established resume? I just cant imagine someone choosing the inexperience candidate and just hope all is going to work out

You assume a man with charisma has no character. That's not smart.

I never said that. What ive said is that Obama character has been put to the test and he hasn't delivered. His association with individuals that preach division instead of unity. It seemed that it was worth the friendship of such individual to head start his career in the political arena so he can have the support of that community.

His refusal to visit our troops in Germany. Simply because of the first excuse he gave 1. Because his advisor wouldnt be able to accompany him. Then he later on went on to say reason #2. Because he didnt want our troops to become involved in a campaign event or what would be perceived as a campaign event.

I mean you see what this man is all about!

LOL...:stongue:

Obama has categorically rejected his preacher's words, and Reverend Wright is no longer his preacher. As for his "refusal" to visit troops. This is a NON-ISSUE, trumped up by a desperate McCain campaign who are desperately trying to find dirt on Obama. He never refused to visit troops, nice spin though;). He visited troops in Iraq AND Afghanistan, and he has visited WOUNDED troops before! WITHOUT CAMERAS. The McCain campaign wants to say Obama didn't want to visit the wounded troops in Germany because he couldn't bring cameras. The truth is, he was going to visit WITHOUT cameras anyways. The McCain campaign is politicizing wounded troops, and that should be categorically rejected. Notice how everything they do is in REACTION to Obama. Glad to know they add real substance to the debate...:haha:

If you voted for Bush twice then your argument carries absolutely all.
