Yes, by law, he IS a suspect, and it's good that we have a system that treats everyone fairly, but it's still funny thinking of him as a "suspect" given there were 30+ witnesses and he hasn't even tried to deny it or explain it away. |

your canadian justice system will release him in 5 years after they feel he is rehabilitated. they will make all kinds of excuses for why he did it. Or is that just how it is in quebec? hopefully they have frontier justice out there in manitoba.

yea +1 to that. He probably has Schizophrenia or something. In his mind he probably killed the devil and was just trying to show everyone he was the Hero. |

Ya and he wont re-offend, unlike in the USA where if you don't kill them they get out and kill 10 more people.
Also given your crime rates are through the roof in states that still have the death penalty, I think that says something about how much of a deterrent it really is:rolleyes:
Not that I'd like to see this guy released, ever, not because I'm afraid he'll behead more people but because he just deserves to rot. |

yeah this is some ed up , crazy thing is he'll probably just get nailed with murder 2 cause there was no motive..
i just can't imagine how long he must've been hacking away at the one dude to get his head off, and why nobody tried doing anything to stop him, there was like 30 other people on the bus... |
