Or download a ubuntu live cd and run of that... can't break it. lol
Nah well XP is ok but if you can be bothered with minimal buggering about ubuntu is better. Unless you play games etc... which if you're using 98 I doubt. lol |

Did you already empty your recycle bin??
If not, just double click it, then restore all of the files in there and reboot..
If that doesn't work, this is how to fix it:
Click Start > Shut Down > Restart in MS-DOS mode. At the command prompt, type "scanreg /restore" (without the quotes). Note that there is a space after scanreg. You'll be given a choice of dates. Select one and click Restore.
Done. |
