| Any tips for keeping in shape for that long? Up until now the longest I've played for is 3-4 hours. Any advice is appreciated. |

And sunglasses. Big plastic sunglasses.
Not sure about "keeping in shape", but make sure you've got a lot of music, a fair amount of variety (there's only so many times you can play Pjanoo and only so long people will put up with Deadmau5-a-likes)
Also make sure you've got a good idea of the kind of thing the crowd are gonna be into... 8 hours with an empty dancefloor, telling people you haven't got any r'n'b when the promoter told you trance would be fine won't be fun. |
