The day of your drug test, you should aim to piss at least 3X before you go in for it. Keep drinking water so it goes straight through you without time to absorb anything. |

well now that's just a terrible idea.
also from what i hear, it's best to pee in the cup in the middle of urination, so piss in the toilet to start, hold the cup under during, and finish up in the toilet. something to do with sediment or metabolites wanting to settle to the bottom of your kidneys or something? i dunno. |

Been reading/hearing similar things - albeit for a plethora of reasons, many of which seem to not make sense.
Either way, I'm sure it doesn't hurt. :p

| it's true everything else is out pretty quick compared to THC but you guys gotta keep in mind that rob is a skinny, wirey mo****** and thc adheres to fat cells. less fat + small body size = less time thc is in body. |

agreed, but that's what i've been hearin through the grapevine. i ended up doing it myself and passed (mind you i stopped doing anything two weeks before the actual test though)
(also mind you that i stopped smoking weed years ago, so yeah) |
