you are a teenager, this is what teenagers do. Grown ups have to watch what they eat sometimes.
I know it might sound nasty if you don't like veggies, but puree raw veggies (mix and match with fresh herbs to your taste) with just a hint of grapeseed oil. You can keep your energy high and calories low this way. I sometimes add tofu for protein. Great to eat on the run. |

RJT, if it makes you feel better, I just got back from eating a delicious bacon cheeseburger courtesy of Applebee's, and am now about to smoke an enormous bowl big enough to eat cereal out of.

Not nasty at all - I actually put fresh and frozen veggies in fruit smoothies all the time already just because I especially think carrot juice tastes mega.
First day of straight up vegetarian diet/1.5 gallons of water down - many more to go.
Also, I can't wait to see how fragrant my poo becomes over the next few days/weeks :) |
