Oh there are plenty of exciting things to do here in Butt, Saskatchewan!
-Cross the longest pedestrian bridge in Canada
=Visit countless aboriginal museums
=Check out bareass beach
-Take a stroll along the riverside and maybe see a bum or two
-Try your skill at hog-racing...a local favourite
-Drive along the endless countryside and look at endless skies and endless fields
Fancy some nightlife? Butt has lots to choose from!
-Eat an overpriced meal at The Cave...where you can experience what it feels like to eat an overpriced meal in a cave
-Check out Overdrive....a bar that specializes in top 40 music, stabbings and frequent raids
-Hit up 21st street to see the elusive 13-year old, Native hookers huffing spraypaint |

Purolator. Yech. UPS is the worst though. If they can't deliver to your house (who the hell is home during the day Mon-Fri?), they'll send it to a stupid depot, which around here is open 4:30-6:30pm ONLY on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Such a bitch to get something from them. JUST SEND IT TO MY NEAREST UPS STORE OH WAIT, THE UPS STORES DON'T EVEN USE UPS TO SHIP STUFF, USUALLY FRIGGIN CAN-PAR
UGH |
friggin annoying!!!!!!!!
But there's space on the paper they stick at the door, you sign it and tell them to either send it to a neighbor or put it somewhere around the house. |

in my area they leave a notice to say they will be coming back the next day. if you arent home the next day then it goes to the depot. fedex does the same thing here. |

What's even better is throwing pennies out the window and watching them pounce like vultures |

Tell me about it. I recall dealing w/ similar BS when i lived in Waterloo. Nearest depot was ing kitchener! (SON OF A BITCH!)
I didnt drive then, and coudlnt arrange for a friend who had a car (they were few) to take me during the weak-ass hours of operation. figuring out the bus route and schedules to get me there was bloody hell. What a waste of almost 1/2 a ing day. |

| Once a package was sent from the US with 3 day expected delivery. I guess once it got to CDN side, it ended up in Purolator's hands. Never got a single notice, never heard the buzzer ring once, and it was MIA for 11 days. Finally picked it up from their depot, and it had 9 attempted delivery stickers slapped on it, not one with a single date/ time written in on it. So I call bull. F*ck that company. |

What the heck are you doing in Saskatoon instead of somewhere more civilized, say, Toronto? :wtf: |

Ya, Nat. I had a package sent to me from the US last month, and it got held up at the border for over a week.
All it was was ing 3 DVDs. :whip: |

Did you get a reason why? Purolator seems to be awesome at not calling customers.
Turns out when my granny finally got the package they couldn't even see the address on the front! Wouldn't the person who took the package from me in Saskatoon have noticed that and said something?
My grandma sent the package back via Canada Post courier and it got to me the next day at 9am. It was also 5 dollars cheaper! |
