Bansi played two sets at the last festival I went to. Both were completely identical as near as I can tell: same track selection, same track order, probably the same mixing. Riktam was supposed to show up but didn't... so this would seem to suggest that Bansi came prepared with one pre-programmed set and when he had to play a second time simply repeated it. This counts as one of the lamest things I've ever witnessed in all my time in the psytrance scene. To add insult to injury, Bansi red-lined his carbon-copy set the second time and completely drowned out Vibrasphere playing a downtempo set on the alternate stage. Why anyone gives these guys the time of day is really beyond me... |

Psytrance these days is getting really really genric, well the fullon and dark psy at least. I'd recommend you check out some prog psy.
GOOD
Producers:
Liquid Soul (driving and kinda squishy)
Ace Ventura (really crisp and melodic)
Ticon (kinda electro like nowadays)
Etnoscope (super tribal)
Cybernetika (He's a TA member, isn't that cool?)
Deja Vu Fabrique (He's dead so any of his tracks are super rare and really awesome cause he was the best producer ever)
KoxBox (really clicky and techy, pretty twisted also)
That should be good enough for you... |

If it's for free, I don't complain. Let's not turn this into 128 vs 320 kbps mp3 debate, OP wanted some goa and psy, so here I deliver:tongue3 BTW I think I didn't say how much I liked your goa mixes. Weren't you thinking on doing some more, so we all can benefit:D? |
