Use the search button, and check psynews.org. There's so many of these topics, with a load of artists.

Check out Astral Projection, Etnica/Pleiadians, Hallucinogen, Koxbox, MFG, Chi-Ad. Some of the old compilations from Twisted Records, Goa-head and Distance to goa are good aswell.

Use discogs.com, and just go from there.

Check out distance to goa 1-5 (maybe up to 10 too) and goa head 1-8 definitely.

Goa heads a bit more acessable but distance to goa is more solid. Both full of a ton of great tracks regardless (and distance to goa 3-5 mixed sets.... omg orgasm). Check out whatever artists you like there on www.discogs.com if an album has multiple releases remember to check out them all to see what genre they are labeled as(discogs is usually quite accurate).

My favourite artists (too many to mention): Etnica/Pleaidians and their co ops (dj cosmix and etnica, crop circles etc), Electric Universe, Psychaos, Transwave, Man with no name(teleport is btw), Juno reactor, Zodiac youth, Doof.

(yes I left x-dream and hallucinogen off there)

They are somewhat ordered. Ofcourse I have about a million secondary artists that are nearly as good as them but this is mostly from distance to goa and goa head so you'll be able to work out what your favourite artists are on your own.

For psy I'd highly recomend the first and third IM albums, bamboo forest-bamboo forest, Shiva chandra-Auricular, Shiva chandra-Subsonic, penta-funraiser and ofcourse electric universe-cosmic experience

and I'm not really the biggest psy fan (goa prefered really)

Bah, stay away from Infected Mushroom. Look at their earlier stuff if you have to, as well as Astrix. They're sound is just getting too commercial and uncreative.

Dig around www.saikosounds.com/english and listen to random previews til you hear something you like. Then find more stuff from that artist.

Electric Universe is a good one to check out. Anything between 2001-2006 is just amazing from this guy.

You can also check out my mixes in my signature for artists that you might like. Message me if you would like a tracklist.

ESP, XSI, and Texas ****** are good ones. Stay away from prog psy like Mantrix(in fact they're more like stadium prog psy)

Good advice. Infected Mushroom is garbage. Worst piece of ever probably.

The gathering is the best album ever :sadgreen:. Classical mushroom took a while to get used to and its more an 8/10 album and highly overrated however anything b.p. empire or before is pretty damn good.

Hardly exactly garbage.
